Once you sign up, please join whichever groups you want to. Once you have joined a group, then you can start discussions (look about half way down the page). Whenever anyone responds to your discussion, then you will receive an e-mail.

You can also add recipes for anything you want. I know some on the list are using the GFCF diet and others have multiple food allergies. So please feel free to exchange your recipes.

Check back frequently as you will not receive any notifications if someone has added something new.
